Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has sanctioned Rs 28 crore for the reconstruction and rejuvenation of approximately 30 kilometres of roads within the Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology campus and surrounding areas, including Nagla, Beni, Patharchatta and Matkota. Vice-Chancellor Dr Shivendra Kumar Kashyap said many of these roads are nearly 20 years old and have deteriorated due to high moisture levels, dense vegetation along the routes, and comparatively heavy traffic on certain stretches.
